I had a great experience picking out a new bedroom and loved all of the different options that you could put together. Fred was so helpful with pulling together the pieces I wanted and the clear information on the options for financing and warranty. All in all, it was a great experience.

Fred was amazing!! He was patient and very kind to my family. He was very knowledgeable about the different items we were looking for. I purchased the Shaq Lift Chair and my sales person was Fred. I am disabled and couldn't even come into the store. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to get measurements and to make sure this chair would work for me. I had gone thru several medical lift chairs and none of them are even in the same category as this chair. And this chair was 1/3 of the price of a medical lift chair. The many positions that it offers and that it will accommodate a person of bigger size. The young men that delivered the chair were respectful in our home and were professional.Having this chair is going to change my every day life and I am so grateful to Rooms To Go and Fred, for making this possible for me.

I had a great experience at Rooms to Go purchasing a modular couch. Isaiah was my salesman, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. My friend and I visited Room to Go in Southaven, Ms. on 05/25/2026. We were met by Ticie who guided us through the whole process of helping with our needs. He was very knowledgeable, excellent in customer care. Professional, he took very good care of us, made sure we understood the store policy on delivery. He went above and beyond caring for us. I took my mom here, and when we walked inside the store we were greeted with a big welcome and smile from Shonda. She helped us during the whole time we were there and made sure my mom was comfortable with everything. She explained in details how the adjustable base works, the type of mattress and the dual power recliner, I mean EVERYTHING! She was courteous and patience with us. So if you ever go-to ROOMS TO GO... ask for Ms. Shonda.
